Green Manufacturing

We are fully aware of the environmental impact of the production process. To fully advance green manufacturing, we have taken comprehensive measures from equipment upgrading to process optimization: the new factory area is designed with a solar power supply system, and energy-efficient equipment is adopted in production workshops to minimize power consumption; a fabric waste recycling mechanism has been established, with the recycling rate of leftover materials reaching 85%.

Employee Care

We firmly believe that employees are the most valuable asset of an enterprise and the core driving force behind sustainable development. We have implemented a series of caring initiatives as follows: A comfortable and safe working environment, regular safety training and health check-ups,fair and reasonable salary and welfare system, covering social insurance, paid annual leave, festival benefits and team-building activities

Social Responsibility

We firmly believe that the sustainable development of an enterprise is inseparable from social giving-back. We attach great importance to the care and support for special groups in particular: positions are created for employees with disabilities, paired with one-on-one skills training to help them adapt to work quickly; flexible working hours are also implemented to make their work more convenient.

We regularly organize public welfare activities for them and donate clothing.We have been awarded the title of "Model Enterprise for Assisting the Disabled" by the Municipal Federation of Disabled Persons. Adhering to the philosophy of "teaching people to fish rather than giving them fish", enabling special groups to realize their self-worth through labor.
