With 20+ years of deep expertise in Muslim apparel, Shengmo has built a specialized, production-driven equipment system designed specifically for large-scale manufacturing of Muslim hijabs.Based on the hijab manufacturing process, we deploy specialized equipment to fully accommodate the lightweight fabrics, stretch performance, and multiple styles required for hijab.

Fully Automated Cutting Machine

Our fully automated cutting system is equipped with a CAD-based intelligent nesting solution, delivering millimeter-level cutting precision. It supports simultaneous cutting of up to 30 fabric layers and is compatible with a wide range of materials. Compared with manual cutting, fabric utilization is improved by up to 15%. The system also allows one-click import of multiple hijab pattern files, enabling a daily cutting capacity of up to 5,000 pieces.

Laser Cutting Machine

Our laser cutting machine utilizes advanced fiber laser technology, delivering high cutting speed with smooth, clean edges and no fraying. The laser process also provides automatic edge sealing, effectively addressing the common issue of fraying in lightweight hijab fabrics. It is compatible with a wide range of materials. The system supports precise cutting of lace edges and intricate Islamic geometric patterns, ensuring excellent consistency in mass production. It also integrates seamlessly with secondary processes such as printing and embroidery.

Intelligent Fabric Spreading Machine

Our intelligent fabric spreading machine operates at high speed while maintaining uniform tension, effectively eliminating issues such as wrinkles and uneven fabric stretch. It is especially well suited for delicate and easily deformable fabrics , significantly saving time and improving efficiency.

High-Speed Computerized Lockstitch Machines

We operate 80 high-speed computerized lockstitch machines featuring automatic thread trimming and automatic back-tacking. These machines deliver fast sewing speeds with consistently even and precise stitches, minimizing stitching deviations. They are primarily used for core hijab assembly processes such as panel joining and edge stitching. Each machine achieves a daily output of up to 300 pieces, providing strong capacity support for large-scale hijab production.

Specialized Sewing Equipment

We are equipped with 25 specialized sewing machines, including five-thread overlock machines, double-needle machines, and coverstitch machines, designed to precisely handle the specialized processes involved in hijab production. Our baby seam finishing process is a particular strength. Supported by dedicated sewing equipment, we achieve clean, well-structured baby seam with high accuracy—free from distortion and fraying.

These machines cover over 95% of hijab sewing requirements, and full in-house Processing ensure consistent quality, production efficiency.

Intelligent Overhead Conveying System

Our intelligent overhead conveying system is integrated with an MES (Manufacturing Execution System), enabling automatic workflow transfer between processes and real-time tracking of order progress. This significantly reduces work-in-process inventory and improves overall production efficiency by approximately 30%. The system is specifically optimized for multi-process hijab production, supporting simultaneous flow of multiple styles and process combinations. Customers can also monitor order status across each production stage in real time, ensuring a transparent, traceable, and fully controllable manufacturing process.

Steam Ironing Machine

The steam ironing machine is primarily used in the final finishing stage of hijab production. Through a controlled high-temperature steam setting process, internal fabric stress is released, effectively reducing wrinkling and edge curling while ensuring a smooth, structured, and stable hijab shape.

Fabric Testing Equipment

We are equipped with a complete set of professional fabric testing equipment, including color fastness testers and shrinkage testing instruments. These systems deliver high testing accuracy and support data recording and inspection report generation.From pre-production fabric inspection before material intake to random sampling checks prior to shipment, we apply strict quality control to ensure that key indicators such as color fastness and shrinkage meet global market standards—providing consistent quality assurance for every hijab order.
